SAP Security and GRC Senior Consultant

Job Summary

The Senior Consultant in SAP Security GRC Administration will be responsible for overseeing and managing the security and compliance aspects of the SAP system. They will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain SAP security roles in SAP S/4HANA environment.Manage role design including single roles, composite roles, and business roles.Work on SAP authorization objects and troubleshoot authorization-related issues.Support SAP Fiori security, including configuration and access setup for tiles, catalogs, groups, and roles.Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) checks, risk analysis, and remediation support using SAP GRC.Support business process security requirements across OTC, PTP, and RTR process areas.Configure, monitor, and support Firefighter ID (FFID) access and related activities.Coordinate with business and technical teams to understand access requirements and ensure appropriate role provisioning.Support access reviews, audit requirements, and compliance-related security activities.

Skill Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in** SAP Security and GRC**

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA security

• Practical experience with SAP Fiori security concepts, including tiles, catalogs, groups, and roles

• Solid understanding of:

• SAP authorization objects

• Role design (single, composite, business roles)

• SoD and risk analysis

• Experience supporting business processes such as:

• Order to Cash (OTC)

• Procure to Pay (PTP)

• Record to Report (RTR)

• Knowledge of Firefighter (FFID) configuration and monitoring

Good to Have

Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Governance (IGA)

• Exposure to SAP BTP security

• Knowledge of GRC rule set maintenance
