About the role

Job Summary

  • Primary Responsibilities\\r\\n• Responsible for Handling Major incidents
  • CIRS (Critical Issue Response System).\\r\\n• Sending frequent updates on CES based CIRS until issue is stabilized.\\r\\n• Application deep dive troubleshooting.\\r\\n• Identifying & creating CIRS preventive action items.\\r\\n• CIRS based requests (DFs, feature toggles, Deployments).\\r\\n• Follow up on major production incidents.\\r\\n• Familiar with monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace, Kibana, etc.\\r\\n• Driving & monitoring planned activities.\\r\\n• Writing new monitoring & enhancing existing monitoring scope.\\r\\n• Handling customer escalations.\\r\\n• Deep dive into Application issues.\\r\\n• Creating Splunk alerts based on CIRS learning.\\r\\n• Troubleshooting & Coordinating customer escalations raised by Support & Engineering.\\r\\n• Ad-hoc requests from CES teams.\\r\\n Qualifications\\r\\n• 5+ years of Devops experience and Production Support experience.\\r\\n• 2+ years of automation experience.\\r\\n• 2+ years Cloud knowledge is preferrable.\\r\\n Devops experience and Production Support experience Automation CI/CD Primary Responsibilities • Responsible for Handling Major incidents
