About the role
Job Summary
The EUC / FSO Support Engineer is responsible for delivering end-user computing and field services support across enterprise environments, ensuring high service quality, SLA compliance, and seamless user experience. The role combines remote EUC support with onsite/deskside (FSO) activities, focusing on incident resolution, request fulfillment, device lifecycle management, and on-site technical assistance for business users across GCC locations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office applications, and enterprise tools Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs Support user account management (AD, access issues, basic IAM) Provide VIP / executive user support where required
Skill Requirements
Windows 10/11, MS Office Suite Active Directory (basic user/group management) Endpoint troubleshooting (Dell/HP/Laptops, printers, peripherals) Networking basics (VPN, connectivity troubleshooting) ITSM tools (Service Now preferred)
Other Requirements

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Optional But Valuable).
