About the role

Job Summary

E3.2 :

  • 14+ years of experience, culminating in at least3 years of Program management.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical device development or sustenance.

  • Experience in Digital Design, Component Engineering, Board bring-up, PCB verification.

  • Exposure to PLM or any equivalent tools, change management.

  • Fluency in Japanese is must.

  • Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure efficient resource utilization.

  • Effective planning and organization skills include proven ability to work against multiple objectives simultaneously.

  • Participate in customer meetings, Proposal, SOW preparation and Delivery planning.

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is plus.

  • Forecast resource needs and work with functional managers to secure necessary talent

  • Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.

  • Superior communication (written and verbal), presentation, and negotiation abilities.

  • Orchestrates the collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate punctual project completion.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Software and Quality.

  • Plan, Track and communicate project progress, risks and challenges to stakeholders, leadership and customer.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proficiency in program management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com).

  • Familiarity with Medical Quality Management is a plus.

  • Familiarity with medical Safety standards IEC 60601, ISO 13485 & ISO 14971.

Good to Have:

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a regulated environment.
