Job Summary

• Task Description: Salesforce Clouds Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Experience Level Senior (6–10+ years Salesforce Development) Main Skills
• AI Implementation • Build and integrate AI-driven features using Salesforce Einstein — including Einstein Copilot, Einstein GPT, Prediction Builder, and Recommendation Builder • Implement prompt engineering techniques to optimise AI model outputs within Salesforce workflows and automate business processes • Integrate external AI/LLM services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) via REST APIs where applicable, ensuring secure and governed consumption of AI capabilities In Addition - • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events) on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud aligned with project AI program requirements • Develop and optimize Apex triggers, batch jobs, queueable classes, and REST/SOAP integrations to support end-to-end business processes • Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs and data models • Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing (minimum 85% coverage), and adherence to Salesforce best practices and DHL development standards • Support data migration, environment management, and deployment activities using CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, SFDX, Git) Work Re Task Description: Salesforce Clouds Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Experience Level Senior (6–10+ years Salesforce Development) Main Skills

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery

To support as an Subject Matter Expert:

1. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements

2. Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.

3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.

4. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.

5. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
