Job Summary

Role Summary:
Lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure and compliant access across systems and users.

--- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IAM programs (IGA, SSO, MFA, PAM)

• Define identity lifecycle processes (Joiner–Mover–Leaver)

• Lead IAM tool implementation (Sail Point, Okta, Entra ID, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements

• Guide team and coordinate with stakeholders

--- 🧠 Required Skills:

• Strong IAM concepts (SSO, RBAC, Federation)

• Experience with IAM platforms and cloud IAM

• Leadership and stakeholder management

--- 🎓 Experience:

• 8–12 years IT experience with 4+ years in IAM

• Preferred certifications: CISSP / CISM / SC-300

Key Responsibilities

1. To Strategize, Provide Leadership And Develop Initiatives To Uplift The Program For Corp Functions & Enhance Program Maturity

2. Reduce Risk Exposure Related To Corp Functions And Resilience To Threats At Enterprise Level By Proactive And Thematic Risk Minimization

3. To Drive "Risk-By-Design" Approach In Definition Of Frameworks/ Policies/ Processes That Enable In Corp Function Risk Minimization

4. To Drive Strategic Partnership Between R&C And Corp Functions & Provide Structured Risk Oversight And Governance Mechanism

5. To Drive Operational Excellence As A Culture Within The Function. Practice And Encourage The Team To Follow The Core Values Of The Organization
