Job Summary

This position drives operational excellence for large-scale cloud messaging and collaboration environments, leveraging advanced automation and analytics to ensure optimal service delivery. The individual is accountable for leading support teams, implementing process improvements, and utilizing PowerShell, PowerBI, and Python to deliver measurable business outcomes that align with client expectations and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead operational excellence initiatives by designing and implementing advanced automation solutions using PowerShell and Python to streamline cloud messaging and collaboration workflows.

2. Optimize reporting and analytics processes by developing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards, enabling real-time performance monitoring and actionable business insights.

3. Provide expert guidance in troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud service incidents, utilizing PowerShell and Python for in-depth diagnostics and rapid resolution.

4. Empower and mentor the support team by sharing best practices in PowerShell scripting, PowerBI data modeling, and Python automation, ensuring knowledge transfer and technical upskilling.

5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate and integrate new technologies and process improvements within cloud collaboration environments, with a focus on increasing reliability and efficiency.

6. Ensure operational compliance with client SLAs by overseeing the support team’s execution of cloud messaging and collaboration tasks, and proactively identifying opportunities for service enhancement.

7. Drive innovation by researching and implementing emerging tools and methodologies in PowerShell, PowerBI, and Python to improve business processes and reporting capabilities.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent skills in designing, developing, and managing interactive reports and dashboards using PowerBI.

2. Advanced expertise in Python for workflow automation, data processing, and integration tasks within operational support environments.

3. Indepth knowledge of cloud messaging platforms (such as Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, or similar).

4. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving complex operational issues.

5. Strong mentoring and leadership abilities, with a focus on empowering and developing highperforming support teams.

6. Advanced communication skills for articulating technical concepts and operational strategies to diverse audiences.
