Job Summary

Kronos1. Kronos Techno-Functional with Admin skills and having hands on experience on version 8.1.7
2. He/she should have above 4 years handson experience with Kronos application setup experience.
3. Experience in handling Kronos server issue and System configuration.
4. Having Hands on experience in WIM, SDM, SSRS custom reporting.
5. Having Hands on experience in Kronos module (Pay Rule, Attendance, Scheduling, Accrual, WDM)
6. Having hands on experience in Kronos migrations and perform regular Health check activities
7. Strong Knowledge of Oracle SQL.
8. Experience in creating technical/UT documentations.
9. Good communication skills - written and verbal. End users interaction and vendor coordination (UKG) is mandatory
10. Experience in all phases of SDLC design and can interact well with customers for requirement gathering sessions.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
