Key Responsibilities

The SAP O2C Consultant is responsible for managing end-to-end Order to Cash processes, ensuring smooth execution from order creation to revenue realization. The role involves configuring SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) modules, optimizing business processes, and ensuring seamless integration with finance, logistics, and customer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, and implement Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in SAP
Configure and support SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) modules
Manage end-to-end process:

Order Management

Pricing & Billing:

Delivery & Shipping:

Invoicing & Revenue Recognition:

Configure pricing procedures, tax determination, and billing processes
Work on sales order processing, delivery creation, and invoice generation
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
Ensure integration with:

FICO (Finance)
MM (Materials Management)

Manage credit management and dispute handling processes
Support data migration, master data setup (customer, pricing)
Handle interfaces with external systems (EDI, APIs, IDOCs)
Provide production support and resolve issues
Prepare functional specs, test cases, and documentation

5–10 years of SAP experience
Minimum 3+ years in SAP SD / O2C domain
Experience in implementations and support projects

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP SD Certification:

Experience with S/4HANA transformations
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

Knowledge of Revenue Accounting & IFRS compliance:
