Job Summary
Role Overview Responsible for end-to-end testing, monitoring, and incident management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) automations and integrations. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, journey reliability, campaign readiness, and system stability across complex, multi-BU SFMC environments integrated with CRM, Data Cloud, and external platforms. Key Responsibilities SFMC Test Automation Creation Designed and executed test automations in Automation Studio for validating: SQL Query Activities File Imports / Extracts Data Extension refresh logic Scheduled & triggered automations Built test-specific Data Extensions to validate audience segmentation, suppression logic, and data enrichment. Automated test data preparation for Journey Builder entry sources, ensuring consistent and repeatable testing. Incident Management & Production Support (SFMC) Acted as primary incident triage owner for SFMC-related issues across: Failed automations Delayed sends Data mismatches between SFMC & CRM Journey entry / exit issues Performed root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and collaborated with: SFMC developers CRM / Data Cloud teams External vendors Implemented preventive controls and monitoring checks to avoid recurrence of critical incidents.
