Job Summary

Role Summary:

As the Business Analyst and POD Lead for a cross‑functional team building an enterprise‑grade Agentic AI Platform. Your role is to translate business needs into autonomous workflows, define agent capabilities and constraints, and ensure the platform delivers measurable value. You will partner with engineering, product, and domain experts to design agentic use cases, orchestrate requirements, and drive adoption across the organization.This is a hybrid role blending product thinking, process design, data fluency, and AI‑driven workflow analysis.

Product & Requirements Leadership:

Define and maintain the product requirements for the Agentic AI platform, including agent behaviors, tool‑use capabilities, guardrails, and success criteria.Translate business processes into autonomous agent workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints.Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams for multi‑agent orchestration.Prioritize the POD backlog using value, feasibility, and risk‑based frameworks.2.

Business Process Analysis & AI Workflow Design:

**Map current‑state processes and design future‑state workflows enabled by agentic automation.Identify data dependencies, context sources, and tool integrations required for agent reasoning and execution.Partner with engineering to define agent memory structures, context windows, and retrieval needs.Evaluate and refine agent performance using metrics such as task completion rate, autonomy level, latency, and error patterns.**3.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management:

**Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the engineering POD.Facilitate workshops to identify high‑value agentic use cases and validate requirements.Communicate platform capabilities, limitations, and roadmap to leadership and cross‑functional teams.Drive adoption by creating training materials, demos, and documentation for end users.**4. Data, Compliance & Risk Alignment

**Ensure agent workflows comply with regulatory, privacy, and security requirements.Collaborate with data teams to define data quality standards, metadata requirements, and retrieval logic for RAG‑based agents.Work with governance teams to establish auditability, traceability, and safe‑execution patterns for autonomous agents.**5.

POD Leadership & Delivery:

Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness for the POD.Track delivery progress, identify risks, and remove blockers to ensure timely execution.Support testing of agentic workflows, including scenario design, edge‑case validation, and user acceptance testing.Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and responsible AI.

Skill Requirements
