Job Summary
To drive a specific work area within a function / business and enable achievement of objectives through the team
Key Responsibilities

Lead audit planning and execution using advanced audit methodologies and tools, ensuring thorough risk assessment and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Oversee financial consolidation processes with expert proficiency in consolidation platforms (such as SAP BPC or Oracle Hyperion), guaranteeing accurate reporting and timely closure of accounts.

Provide technical guidance and solutions for complex audit issues through expert application of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), supporting business decision-making.

Develop and implement audit strategies utilizing analytics tools (ACL, IDEA), enhancing detection of anomalies and improving process efficiency.

Manage and mentor team members in audit and consolidation activities, fostering skill development and high-performance standards.

Ensure all financial statements and disclosures meet compliance standards by applying expert knowledge of statutory and internal audit requirements.

Drive process improvements in audit and consolidation using data automation solutions, optimizing accuracy and operational effectiveness.

Collaborate within the finance team to align audit and consolidation objectives with overall business strategy, ensuring best practices are adopted.
