2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert In Sap Abap, Providing Technical Guidance And Support To Team Members And Stakeholders To Facilitate Informed Decision-Making.

3. Drive Knowledge Upgradation By Researching And Implementing New Technologies And Methodologies, Ensuring Solutions Remain Current, High-Quality, And Aligned With Client Requirements.

4. Build And Maintain A Skilled Team By Conducting Interviews, Delivering Training Sessions, And Providing Mentorship In Sap Abap And Related Technologies.

5. Gather And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions To The Client Organization, Leveraging A Deep Understanding Of Sap Landscapes And Business Processes.

6. Support Competency Development By Envisioning And Articulating Value Propositions, Which Include Building Collaterals, Creating Whitepapers, And Performing Market Trend Analysis For Sap Technologies.

7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives While Advocating For Industry Best Practices In Sap Abap And Associated Technologies To Enhance Overall Project Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Expertise In Sap Abap Programming And Development, With A Strong Understanding Of Ooabap And Abap For S/4Hana.

2. In-Depth Knowledge And Experience In Sap Ui/Ux Design Principles And Implementation.

3. Familiarity With Software Development Lifecycle And Best Practices In Agile And Waterfall Methodologies.

4. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Assess Client Needs And Craft Effective Solutions.
