Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Now Developer with have hands-on experience in developing and configuring Service Now modules, particularly ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management. This role requires strong scripting skills, integration experience, and a deep understanding of the Service Now platform. The developer will work closely with onshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.________________________________________

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management modules.
• Customize and configure Service Now applications using Glide Script, JavaScript, and Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Service Now and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Service Now applications and scripts.
• Maintain and enhance existing Service Now configurations and workflows.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in Service Now development and platform governance.
• Provide support for Service Now platform upgrades and patching.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with Service Now ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management modules.
• Proficiency in Service Now scripting (Glide Script, JavaScript).
• Experience with Service Now Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Hands-on experience with Service Now Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of Service Now platform fundamentals and administration.
• Familiarity with Service Now Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Discovery.
