Technical Lead - Embedded Systems and MATLAB

Job Summary

The Technical Lead in Embedded Systems and Matlab is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing technology management in projects. This position emphasizes providing technical guidance and innovative solutions to ensure successful project completion while driving team productivity and enhancing technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks / Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Translate complex high-level requirements into structured Simulink models using industry best practices (MAAB guidelines).

• Logic Development: Design and implement complex control logic using** Stateflow & Simulink**.

• Automation & Scripting: Develop custom** MATLAB M-scripts** and tools to automate modeling tasks, data analysis, and report generation.

• Verification & Validation: Lead Model-Based Testing (MBT) efforts, including** Test Sequence** creation and achieving 100% MC/DC coverage.

• International Representation: Act as a technical subject matter expert in international forums, presenting architectural decisions and representing the team’s technical progress.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with hardware and software teams (Firmware & Testing) to ensure seamless model integration and deployment.

Skill Requirements

• Core Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in** MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow**.

• Testing Frameworks: Proven experience with** Simulink Test Manager** and** Simulink Coverage**.

• Scripting: knowledge of M-scripting and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in MATLAB.
