Job Summary

The Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) plays a critical role in ensuring timely resolution of escalations and incidents within the Support & Operations team. This position is essential for maintaining high-quality service delivery in line with SLA agreements and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and proactive analysis.

Key Responsibilities

JD for F5 :

Looking for candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience for the Senior L2 Operations role. Additionally, need expertise in Cisco ACI, routing, switching, and F5.

• Significant experience with supporting and maintaining F5 Big-IP LTM/DNS/ASM/AFM in

operations

• Should be able to set-up, maintenance, upgrades, and replacement of the latest generation of

F5s

• Demonstrate an ability to craft and understand i Rules

• Experience with TCPDump, Wireshark and analyzing network traffic

• Perform daily operational tasks submitted by customers through Service management tools

• Troubleshoot network problems, network device configurations and coordinate with various

department administrators to facilitate connectivity issue resolution.

• F5 LTM/DNS/ASM/AFM domain Fortinet Firewall Hands-on experience for at least 4+ years• Network switching and Routing Hands-on skills

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Network Automation And Cisco Aci Technologies.

2. Proficiency In Incident Resolution And Escalation Management.

3. Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills To Liaise With Business Stakeholders.

4. Familiarity With Change Management Processes And Capacity Planning.

5. Ability To Perform Detailed Data Analysis To Support Operational Improvements.

Other Requirements

1. Cisco Certified Network Professional (Ccnp) Optional But Valuable.
