Key Responsibilities

Provide Advanced Technical Support For Vmware Nsx And Sdn By Resolving Complex Incidents, Performing Root Cause Analysis, And Implementing Effective Solutions To Technical And Security Issues.

Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Enhance The Security Posture Of The Organization, Addressing Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas.

Participate In Knowledge Management Initiatives By Updating And Maintaining The Knowledge Base, Ensuring Comprehensive Documentation Of Solutions And Processes.

Skill Requirements
Must have: 3+ years Network Operations • Strong experience with Citrix ADC or NSX ALB load balancers

- Optional But Valuable Certifications: Vmware Certified Professional (Vcp), Vmware Nsx-T Data Center, Itil Foundation Certification
