Project Manager - Scrum Master

Job Summary

Role Overview - Hands-on Project Manager with strong experience in Agile delivery and project tooling. The role requires ownership of planning, tracking, reporting, and governance, with a strong ability to leverage tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and plan management tools (e.g., Big Gantt).

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities and Required Skills:

Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery Create and maintain project plans, milestones, and dependencies

Proficient in usage of JIRA boards (advanced plans, dashboards, plugins for reporting etc)Drive program tracking, reporting, and governance (status reports, dashboards, RAID logs)Ensure timely delivery of milestones and quality of deliverables

Track risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation Hands-on experience in working with Agile methodology Experience with project metrics management Create and maintain project documentation in Confluence Support continuous improvement of team processes and ways of working Extensive experience with Project planning tools (e.g., Big Gantt / MS Project / Smartsheet etc)Experience working in large-scale transformation programs with structured governance preferred
