Job Summary
Project Details:

3 Months (potential for extension)

UK, with required onsite presence (UK natives preferred)

Fluency in English is required.
- Travel:
Periodic travel within EMEA (ideally 1-2 times every 2 months).
Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior GCP experience is essential.
- Primary focus areas:
Customer-facing work, logistics/supply chain management, handling customer escalations, and working with Edge Service Providers for installations.
Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of experience leading digital transformation projects for major enterprise/public sector clients.

10+ years of experience in technical domains (Cloud Infrastructure, application modernization, data analytics).

5+ years in cloud migration.
-
10+ years of experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

5+ years of experience managing partners and global delivery centers.

Experience with globally distributed teams, project kick-offs, program/client service/consulting.

Proficiency with PMIS tools (Jira, Asana, Smart Sheet) and collaboration suites (Office360, Google Workspace).

Experience running concurrent projects, including status reporting and financial tracking.

Ability to work from Google's Customer Office when required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Cloud Foundation certification.

MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

SCRUM Master and/or SAFe certifications.

Experience using data for decision-making.

Strong understanding of the Cloud market and ability to quickly learn new technologies and navigate ambiguity while maintaining organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure On-Time Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Tickets And Incidents By Analyzing Issues Within Gcp, Adhering To Established Slas And Quality Norms.
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators While Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation, Promoting Knowledge Sharing Across The Team.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Compliance With Human Error Protocols While Participating In Capacity Planning Activities For Gcp Resources.
4. Facilitate Positive Customer Feedback By Actively Participating In Customer Meetings, Understanding Issues Faced, And Providing Effective Solutions That Enhance Customer Satisfaction.
5. Conduct And Validate Analyses Such As Root Cause And Trend Analysis Within Gcp, Preparing Reports That Enhance Task Performance And Are Presented To Key Business Stakeholders.
