Job Summary

• Position Grade
• L2Minimum Experience is- 4 years Position Specific Duties - • St CR planning covering ideation, activation, and implementation across multiple commodities and units• Drive St CR ideation through sourcing global supplier optimization
• Convert ideas into activated projects with clear scope, owners, and savings logic
• Execute end to end St CR projects until implementation and benefit realization, ensuring savings are structurally locked.
• Coordinate with India GSS, Global SCM, and Unit SCM teams to align sourcing strategy.Required Skills are- Requirement-
• Min. 4 years of Structural Cost Reduction experience/ Global Sourcing
• Commodity- manufacturing and costing experience
• SAP- MM end user
• Power Bi if yes, well and good
• Clean and Clear communication – verbal, written

Key Responsibilities

1. Estimate costs associated with components to support design decisions and supplier negotiations.

2. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of components.

3. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

5. Manage the performance and development of suppliers to meet quality and delivery requirements.

Skill Requirements

• Min. 4 years of Structural Cost Reduction experience/ Global Sourcing
• Commodity- manufacturing and costing experience
• SAP- MM end user
• Power Bi if yes, well and good
• Clean and Clear communication – verbal, written
