As a Compute Engineer, you will play a critical role in architecting, securing, and managing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 compute platforms for our enterprise clients. This position is instrumental in ensuring the deployment of scalable, compliant, and robust cloud environments that support advanced workloads, including AI and machine learning. This position is instrumental in ensuring the deployment of scalable, compliant, and robust cloud environments that support advanced workloads, including AI and machine learning. Your expertise will help drive business value by enabling secure digital transformation and operational efficiency within a highly regulated environment.\\r\\n\\r\\nDETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES\\r\\n Design and manage Azure control tower and landing zone architectures, including configuration of management groups, subscriptions, networking patterns, policy/guardrails, and shared services.\\r\\n Build and maintain both production and test Azure environments within a single Azure tenant, leveraging automation for repeatable provisioning, validation, and lifecycle management.\\r\\n Create and oversee Azure AI and Azure Machine Learning workspaces, ensuring secure connectivity, access controls, and operational readiness for enterprise workloads.\\r\\n Implement and enforce enterprise-grade security, governance, and access controls, ensuring alignment with industry compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) and Azure’s shared responsibility security model.\\r\\n Oversee modern endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, including device enrollment, provisioning, policy configuration, baseline management, and troubleshooting.\\r\\n Maintain ownership of SCCM, assess and facilitate migration of remaining workloads (applications/policies) to Intune, and manage transition-related activities, documentation, and runbooks.\\r\\n Support Microsoft 365 services and core identity concepts, such as Entra ID, within an enterprise environment.\\r\\n Ensure multi-factor authentication (MFA) and compliance controls are adhered to in all workflows.\\r\\n Demonstrate strong documentation practices and contribute to continuous improvement of operational procedures.\\r\\nSKILL REQUIREMENTS\\r\\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\\r\\n Proven experience designing and managing Azure landing zones and building enterprise Azure environments.\\r\\n Hands-on expertise in creating and managing Azure AI/ML workspaces.\\r\\n Strong understanding of Azure’s shared responsibility security model and enterprise cloud security best practices.\\r\\n Practical experience implementing security, governance, and access controls aligned with compliance and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA preferred).\\r\\n Proficiency with Microsoft 365 services and Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) concepts.\\r\\n Expertise in modern endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.\\r\\n Working knowledge of SCCM and migration of workloads from SCCM to Intune.\\r\\n Advanced PowerShell automation skills.\\r\\n Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.\\r\\n Availability to work overlapping hours with 9:00am–4:00pm ET.\\r\\n\\r\\nOTHER REQUIREMENTS (OPTIONAL)\\r\\n Relevant Microsoft or Azure certifications (e.g., Micros
Key Responsibilities

- Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Aligning Team Efforts With Client Objectives.
- Drive Innovation In O365 Processes By Introducing New Ideas And Methodologies For Continuous Improvement And Organizational Progress.
- Develop Tailored Solutions That Address Customer Needs Within The O365 Environment, Ensuring Alignment With Business Outcomes.
Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience designing and managing Azure landing zones and building enterprise Azure environments. Hands-on expertise in creating and managing Azure AI/ML workspaces. Strong understanding of Azure’s shared responsibility security model and enterprise cloud security best practices.
