Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

1. Validate materials and products with a focus on biocompatibility, packaging, and eco-design to
   support product development and compliance systems.

2. Partner with internal Apple teams to gather data requirements and execute compliance
   strategies. Your work requires you to closely partner with Product Environmental Engineers /
   Program Manager and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to support the relevant initiatives and
   deliverables.

3. Ensure environmental regulation compliance across all internal Apple systems and product
   development processes. Accurate and organized data reporting are required to ensure
   deliverables are all met on time.
   Support root cause investigations by working Environment Compliance product engineers

4. Lead complex projects with tight timelines, ensuring all environmental readiness milestones are
   achieved.

5. Utilize PLM tools and apply deep knowledge of manufacturing principles and environmental
   impact assessments.

6. Drive automation and SOP creation to enhance routine compliance tasks and analysis

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements

AS/BS degree in Engineering or Science preferred with 3+ years of relevant industry
experience

• Experience with performing product teardown and creating detail-oriented SOPs
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Quip) is preferred
• Proactive and highly self-motivated; good critical thinking capabilities and strong attention to
  detail
• Strong communication skills and thrives in both collaborative and independent work
  environments
