Microsoft Power Apps Architect

Job Summary

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, modular, and secure AI agent solutions (including GenAI and Copilot agents) that align with enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals.

Design, prototype, and implement AI agent workflows and integrations using Copilot Studio or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar low-code/AI agent tools.

Role Purpose:
Lead the design and delivery of scalable, modular, and secure AI agent solutions (including GenAI and Copilot agents) that align with enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead feasibility assessments for AI/GenAI use cases across business units and clients.

• Architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring modularity, scalability, and integration with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.

• Evaluate platform constraints, integration risks, and guide teams on responsible AI practices (e.g., bias mitigation, explainability).

• Establish and enforce best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, performance monitoring, and responsible AI usage.

• Align AI agent strategy with the organization’s technology roadmap.

• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution quality and compliance.

Experience Level:

• 10+ years in IT solution architecture, with at least 3–5 years in AI/ML or GenAI projects.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), APIs, and security best practices.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar low-code/AI agent platforms is highly desirable.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in designing and developing canvas apps within the microsoft power platform.

2. Strong understanding of microsoft power automate, power bi, and common data service (cds).

3. Experience with integrating canvas apps with other microsoft 365 applications.

4. Knowledge of sharepoint online and microsoft dataverse.

5. Familiarity with data modeling, formulas, and expressions in canvas apps.

6. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using canvas apps.

7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross functional teams.

Other Requirements

1.Microsoft Certified1.Power Platform App Maker Associate certification is preferred.
