About the role

Job Summary

Collaborate with the AMS Lead to prioritize and resolve incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements.
Perform impact analysis for Coupa releases and execute regression testing for new features.
Handle configuration changes and assist in release management activities.
Provide advanced technical support to stakeholders for Coupa-related issues.
Support integration troubleshooting and coordinate with technical/middleware teams for fixes.
Monitor and maintain existing integrations, ensuring data synchronization between systems.
Participate in testing and implementation of new integrations or enhancements.
Maintain documentation for changes, SOPs, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guides.
Monitor AMS KPIs (SLA compliance, ticket resolution time) and report progress to AMS Lead.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance to other support teams.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Coupa Expertise: 5–8 years of experience with strong understanding of Coupa’s data model, table structure, and integration capabilities.
Hands-on experience in 2–3 Coupa projects involving P2P, Contract, Sourcing, Analytics, and Risk Assess from an integration perspective.
Integration Technologies:
Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP), middleware platforms, and integration tools.

Middleware Experience:

Hands-on experience with platforms like Dell Boomi, Mule Soft, SAP PI/PO, Databricks
Strong understanding of supplier relationship management, sourcing, and procurement processes.
Hands-on experience with Procurement tools, preferably Coupa.
Proven ability in troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex integration issues.
Coupa certifications are highly desirable.

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Solution-driven attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with ticketing tools (Service Now, JIRA) and ITIL processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
