Senior Automation Test Lead Embedded

Job Summary

Bachelor’s degree or Certification in Networking and Computer Systems or equivalent experience.
-Automation experience in Oracle Xstore or desktop devices is highly valued.

• Experience in system performance testing for Oracle Xstore is a plus.
• 5+ years of QA experience.
• Prior testing experience in Oracle Xstore or similar POS registers/devices is highly valued.
• Strong technical documentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  -Familiarity with IT SDLC processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and compliance requirements (PII, PCI & SOX).
• Ability to collaborate with different project teams managing competing priorities.
• Prior experience in automating Point of sale use cases is desired Gitlab, Jira, Performance Testing
  Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban
  Selenium,Postman, LR, xstore exp is must,device and E2E testing"

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for testing tools and test automation projects

2. Lead and manage the testing team to execute test cases, report defects, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones

3. Utilize testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, java to automate test cases and enhance test efficiency

4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities

5. Analyze test results, track defects, and provide recommendations for improvements in the testing process

6. Stay updated on the latest testing tools and test automation trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, java

2. Strong experience in developing and executing test scripts using selenium and java

3. Handson experience with emb (electronic measurement bulletin) for testing purposes

4. Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a testing team

7. Ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders to achieve testing goals

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, java are a plus
