Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.

• Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and support.

• Collaborate with solution architects and designers to develop solutions.

• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of SAP solutions.

• Perform system analysis and provide resolution for application and integration issues.

• Provide production support, knowledge transfer and assistance to junior programmers.

• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and industry standards.

• Prepare functional/technical documentation.

• Apply agile principles and methodologies

Role-Specific Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP CRM ABAP and One Order Object Framework.

• Strong knowledge in object-oriented ABAP and data dictionary objects.

• Strong expertise in developing Reports, Interfaces, Conversions & Enhancements.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills and ability to provide resolutions.

• Good understanding of REST API’s & OData services.

• Good understanding of Jira and confluence tools.

• Experience in banking (Added advantage).
