Tower Lead - BEA WEBLOGIC, Websphere Application Server

Job Summary

Plateform Ownership Primary owner of the following applications: Edoc, EAT, ANY, Talend, Copy Storm, Impression Siège, Access Control, Evoko Backup support for Declic (debugging, database refresh, test environments provisioning) Technical Environment Technologies and tools: IIS, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, ActiveMQ Operating systems and platforms: Windows, Linux, Tomcat, Java Monitoring follow-up using Logic Monitor Log analysis and troubleshooting capabilities DevOps & Automation Ansible development and automation DevOps practices implementation Azure (basic knowledge) Databases: Oracle & SQL Server (basic knowledge) API testing and validation using Postman Operations & Support Creation and maintenance of procedures and technical documentation IAM Saviynt: Token refresh management Certificate renewal management Release & Security Management Deployment of releases and execution of sanity checks Vulnerability management Continuous Improvement Proposal and implementation of technical enhancements to improve infrastructure performance and reliability Project & Coordination Regular coordination with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs): approximately 5 to 10 hours per week Weekly interactions with partners: approximately 5 hours (Coexya, Ricoh, Insight Secure, Evoko) Languages English French: regular interactions with partners and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure The Generation Of Tower Level Ee & En Revenue By Leveraging Bea Weblogic And Websphere Application Server Technologies To Enhance Service Delivery And Performance.

2. Oversee The Resolution Of Escalations And Crises By Implementing Best Practices In Application Support, Ensuring All Issues Are Addressed Within Agreed Sla Norms.

3. Validate Reports And Maintain Operational Hygiene By Utilizing Monitoring Tools And Frameworks Associated With Bea Weblogic And Websphere, Ensuring Services Align With The Agreed Statement Of Work (Sow).

4. Foster Positive Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing New Initiatives And Frameworks That Leverage Jboss And Related Technologies To Enhance Service Quality.

5. Execute The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying Automation Opportunities And Leading Self-Driven Initiatives That Optimize Operational Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
