Job Summary
Job Description – IAM Operations (L2 / 2.1 Resource) Role Summary Responsible for day-to-day Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations, ensuring secure, compliant, and SLA-driven user access lifecycle management across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities User Lifecycle Management Perform user provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning as per policy Manage onboarding/offboarding and access reviews Access Management & RBAC Grant/revoke access based on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and approvals Ensure least privilege and policy compliance IAM Operations Support Handle access-related incidents and service requests via ticketing tools Troubleshoot IAM/SSO issues and escalate to L3 teams when needed Directory & Identity Systems Manage Active Directory / Azure AD / Identity platforms Support SSO, MFA, and authentication configurations Monitoring & Compliance Ensure SLA adherence and audit readiness Support access certification, account cleanup, and compliance reporting Operational Governance Maintain documentation, runbooks, and SOPs Follow security policies, standards, and escalation processes Required Skills IAM tools: AD / Azure AD / Sail Point / OIM / Okta / SSO platforms Concepts: RBAC, MFA, SSO, user lifecycle, access governance Ticketing tools: Service Now or equivalent Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth) Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Experience & Qualification 2–4 years in IAM / Security Operations / IT Support Bachelor’s degree in IT / CS or equivalent Experience in 24x7 support environment preferred
