Job Summary
Answer calls/chat/email or other mediums in relevance to Client specific needs.\r\n• Ensure work hours are met daily.\r\n• Ensure Quality work within HCL and client standard.\r\n• Provide support or any necessary requirement of client and HCL.\r\n• Ensure all KPI of partners and HCL are met.\r\n• Coordination with internal and global teams.\r\n• Maintain professional decorum within HCL Standards.\r\n• Ensure client/partner success.\r\n• Coordination with supervisors and managers or any identified support.\r\n• Work from office\r\n• 247 shifts\r\n• Rotational shifts and week offs"\r\n
