Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Lead with strong expertise in** Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)to lead quality assurance activities across Salesforce applications. The role will focus on ensuring high-quality delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSC-based solutions**, with strong hands-on testing and leadership responsibilities.

Ensure quality coverage across FSC modules and Salesforce ecosystem

Ensure timely defect resolution and quality sign-off

Monitor quality metrics such as:

Execution status
--- 5. Automation & CI/CD Enablement

Drive test automation initiatives for Salesforce platforms

Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitLab / DevOps)

Collaborate with DevOps teams for continuous testing and deployment validation

Lead and mentor QA teams
