Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY (Primary purpose of the position.) Registration Services organization is seeking an Associate Product Manager for a high-paced delivery team composed of technical leads, product engineers, and domain experts. The Associate Product Manager is responsible for driving the future of the product. Registration Services organization is responsible for patient-facing digital products, including Registration Online!, Express Registration, Virtual Registration, and e Capture. The candidate will collaborate with business partners, vendors and other stakeholders to understand product priority and set the vision for improving the Digital Registration Experience. Building strong relationships with teams, peers, leadership, business partners, stakeholders and vendors is a key component for success in this position. The Associate Product Manager will elicit business needs, produce product roadmaps, groom product backlogs, and ensure delivery success. The individual will be responsible for working with technical teams to size overall opportunity of the new product features, capture high-level business objectives across various business units, and craft a product vision and solution approach. Additional responsibilities include: Write and deliver business requirement documents and artifacts required to enable the team's development of products, features, and infrastructure. Maintain and continuously prioritize backlog and roadmap based on data and customers' needs. Create narratives to advocate for and justify product launches / changes. Plan and define the long-term vision of your product areas of ownership. Build and improve a working relationship with your partners and stakeholders. Determine and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of the product. Contribute to and develop the team's processes/mechanisms. Regularly participate in stand-ups, design reviews and other meetings with engineers, and contribute to the discussion to ensure a high-quality bar. Key Responsibilities

1. To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities.

2. To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.

3. Responsible for shaping the overall project strategy working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and keeping track of schedule to ensure on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.

4. To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues.

5. Identify & flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
