About the role
Job Summary
Overseeing the incident management process and driving the resolution bridge call effectively and providing timely updates to all the affected stakeholders and SME and team members involved in resolving the incident. 2. Responding to a reported service incident, identifying the cause, Coordinating with technical Teams for RCA Analysis and RCA remediation and initiating the incident management process. 3. Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business. 4. Producing documents that outline incident protocols such as how to handle any critical Incidents in the environment and updating the Incident tracker periodically and carry out Trend analysis with historical data and suggest solution to minimizing the count. 5. Collaborating with the incident management team to ensure that all protocols are diligently followed. 6. Conducting Audits for all the Incidents generated for Quality Assurance. 7. Logging all incidents and their resolution to see if there are recurring malfunctions.
