Job Summary

5+ years of experience in** Nice Label / Loftware** solutions

Strong support and label creation experience in the** manufacturing domain**

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for Nice Label (Loftware) and/or CoLOS solutions

Troubleshoot label printing, printer integrations (Zebra printer etc..), automation, and data connectivity

Support Nice Label Control Center (configuration, monitoring, deployments)

Manage label versioning, approvals, and environment promotions

Perform root cause analysis and support audits/compliance where applicable

Coordinate with manufacturing, IT, and business teams

Skill Requirements

Technical & Domain Skills

Nice Label / Loftware Cloud or on‑prem experience

Working knowledge of SQL/databases

Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows

Soft Skills / Good to Have

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently on production-critical issues

Nice Label certification, SAP integration experience (preferred)
