About the role
Job Summary
Strong hands-on experience with the Service Now HRSD module, including end-to-end HR case management across COEs, HR services, and lifecycle events. Proficient in Service Now scripting (server-side and client-side JavaScript) and core platform configurations such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions. Experienced in Knowledge Management, Record Producers, and Service Catalog, with working knowledge of Live Agent/Virtual Agent, HR security, and ACLs. Familiar with Service Now upgrades, release management, performance tuning, indexing, and basic REST API integrations, with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Key Responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience in Service Now HRSD module
Good understanding of: Case Management (COEs, HR Services, HR Lifecycle Events)End-to-End HR Case flow
Proficiency in: JavaScript (Server-side & Client-side scripting)Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions
Experience in: Knowledge Management Record Producers & Service Catalog
Working knowledge of: Live Agent / Virtual Agent (NLU preferred)Access Control (ACLs) and HR Security
Familiar with: Service Now upgrade processes and release management
Indexing concepts and performance tuning Understanding of Integration basics (REST APIs)** is an added advantage Experience working in** Agile/Scrum environments
