Job Summary

The Senior Test Lead in BIOS Validation plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of BIOS firmware through comprehensive testing strategies. This position is responsible for developing and executing detailed test plans aligned with project requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define testing objectives, and driving continuous improvements in testing processes and methodologies. Key Responsibilities

1. Engage In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Team Members To Analyze Functional And Design Specifications, Identify Performance Concerns, And Ensure That Appropriate Test Environments And Infrastructures Are Maintained And Up To Date.

2. Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement In Bios Testing Methodologies And Tools, Implementing Best Practices To Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Testing Processes.

3. Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Using Tools Such As Python And Selenium, Ensuring Consistency With Quality Standards And Minimizing Exposure To Defects.

4. Develop, Guide, And Mentor Qa Engineers In Utilizing The Bios Testing Framework And Tools, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Team Productivity.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Proficiency In Bios Validation Methodologies And Testing Frameworks

2. Experience With Automated Testing Tools And Scripting Languages Like Python And Selenium
