Job Summary

Mac Management Through Intune Essential Functions

Manage Mac software requests and application lifecycle management through Intune Create, package, and test software installations for macOSDeploy and manage applications using Microsoft Intune Integrate and maintain Mac software packages in Intune environments Publish and manage applications Company Portal (Intune)Administer Mac device management, compliance, and security policies using Intune Manage macOS updates, patching, and configuration profiles Support device enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle (DEP/ABM integrations)Troubleshoot application deployment and device management issues across Mac fleet Document installation procedures, configurations, and standard operating processes Develop testing/validation procedures for new Mac software deployments

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Intune And Sccm/Sms, Performing Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions For Complex Incidents To Ensure Minimal Disruption To Services.

2. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Upholding A Strong Security Posture.

3. Conduct Knowledge Base Updates And Management Initiatives, Contributing To Continuous Improvement And Operational Efficiency While Mentoring And Training New Analysts.

4. Adhere To Quality Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And Company Policies, Ensuring That All Technical Solutions Meet Compliance And Security Mandates.

5. Enhance Customer Experience And Csat By Achieving First Call Resolution Rates, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Reopen Cases, And Proactively Mitigating Security Threats.

Skill Requirements

1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Intune And Sccm/Sms For Client Lifecycle Management.

2. Proficiency In Directory Services And Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite.

3. Strong Analytical And Troubleshooting Skills For Complex Technical Issues.

4. Excellent Communication Skills For Effective Collaboration And Customer Interaction.
