Lead Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer – IT Retail Domain Role Title: Lead Salesforce Commerce Cloud Expert Experience: 6–8 Years Domain: IT – Retail / E‑commerce Employment Type: Full‑time Role Overview We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer with 6–8 years of hands‑on experience to lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑scale retail e‑commerce solutions. The role requires strong technical ownership, experience in leading development teams, and deep understanding of retail business processes and digital commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Leadership Lead end‑to‑end development of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) solutions. Architect and implement scalable, high‑performance storefronts using: SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture) ISML JavaScript (server‑side & client‑side) HTML / CSS Define technical standards, best practices, and reusable components. Retail E‑commerce Solution Delivery Own and enhance retail e‑commerce capabilities including: Product catalog and category management Pricing, promotions, coupons, and campaigns Cart, checkout, payments, and order placement Order management, fulfillment, and returns Ensure seamless omnichannel customer experience across web and mobile. Integrations & Architecture Design and implement integrations with: ERP, OMS, PIM, CRM systems Payment gateways and third‑party services Work with REST APIs, OCAPI / SCAPI, and headless commerce patterns. Support performance tuning, security, and scalability requirements. Team Leadership & Delivery Governance Lead and mentor junior and mid‑level SFCC developers. Conduct code reviews and technical design walkthroughs. Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and business stakeholders. Support UAT, production releases, and post‑go‑live stabilization. Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and delivery quality.
