Job Summary

Minimum 2 years helpdesk experience in a technical support role  Mandatory support experience in all Windows client support, O365, Remote Access, client networking, Printing, MDM & VDI solutions  Support experience in Linux, Jamf is desired  Clear communications in English – both written and verbal, strong analytical skills  Certification in Microsoft technology desired
