Minimum 2 years helpdesk experience in a technical support role Mandatory support experience in all Windows client support, O365, Remote Access, client networking, Printing, MDM & VDI solutions Support experience in Linux, Jamf is desired Clear communications in English – both written and verbal, strong analytical skills Certification in Microsoft technology desired
