Oracle HCM Cloud Product Specialist

Job Summary

The Product Specialist for Oracle HCM Cloud will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Oracle HCM Cloud platform to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience within the organization. Also have extensive experience in US Payroll functionality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and configure oracle hcm cloud solutions based on business requirements.

2. Provide support and resolve any issues or concerns related to the oracle hcm cloud platform.

3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the successful integration of oracle hcm cloud with other systems.

4. Conduct training sessions for end users on the functionalities of oracle hcm cloud.

5. Stay updated on the latest oracle hcm cloud features and enhancements to make recommendations for improvements.

6. Customize reports and dashboards to meet the reporting needs of various stakeholders.

7. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations within the oracle hcm cloud environment.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in oracle hcm cloud modules such as core hr, talent management, compensation, and benefits.

2. Experience in configuring and customizing oracle hcm cloud to align with organizational processes.

3. Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the oracle hcm cloud platform.

4. Good understanding of hr processes and best practices.

5. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within specified timelines.

7. Certification in oracle hcm cloud is preferred.

Other Requirements

1.Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred.
