Job Summary

We are seeking a senior Service Now Developer with team leadership experience for our State Farm Service Now Automation team. This team creates and supports automation solutions for a variety of areas, including Networking (NaaS), Event Management, and Infrastructure (IaaS). It also provides consultative assistance to other automation teams. The candidate must be a fluent English speaker and have experience working with English-speaking business partners.Primary Skill: SNOW Development

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience 1.

English Fluency & Agile Leadership The candidate must:

• Understand English well enough to comprehend, document, and act upon complex written and verbal communications.
• Have Agile leadership experience or comparable experience with mentoring others and structuring tasks for execution by junior teammates. 2. Service Now Development Experience • Service Now ITSM Automation o Interacting with ITSM entities within a flow (INCs, RITMs, Tasks, etc.) o Auto-remediation of Incidents. o Self-service forms that initiate workflows.
• Service Now Workflow Automation o Creating flows with Flow Designer o Supporting flows with Flow Designer o Calling APIs or Scripting API as part of a Flow o Initiating a Flow from a Catalog Item or Form.
• Service Now UI Development o Creating and supporting Catalog Items o Experience with UI Builder and Form Builder o UI Actions and UI Policies o Script Includes
