Job Summary

Job Summary : • Service Management & SLAs: Ensure all contracted Azure services are delivered in compliance with SLA commitments, security requirements, and customer expectations.

• Incident & Escalation Management: Coordinate and oversee the resolution of critical incidents, problems, and change requests across the cloud environment.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the service provider and the client. Conduct regular service reviews and strategic performance analyses.
• Team Leadership & Governance: Lead and mentor hybrid or distributed teams of cloud engineers. Oversee onboarding, capacity planning, and performance management.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement by automating operations, optimizing costs, and increasing the efficiency of service delivery
