Tower Lead - SAP BASIS

Job Summary

• Looking for Experience in large-scale SAP implementations, migrations, upgrades, and production support. Strong expertise in SAP RISE migrations, SAP BTP setup, cloud integrations, and system administration across complex SAP landscapes. His experience includes managing multi-system migrations, CFIN upgrades, SLT configurations, and enterprise BTP enablement to support business-critical operations will be preferable. Act as a Single Point of accountability for SAP Managed Services across Application integration , Basis/Technical streams. Experience in establishing and run governance with clear reporting on SLAs and KPIs., changes and CSI initiatives. SAP BASIS & HANA Consultant with minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in managing and supporting complex SAP landscapes. Candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across SAP S/4HANA, and hybrid cloud environments on AWS and Azure. Manage Account Financials (budgeting , Forecasting , invoicing , margin optimization , demand / scope control. Track consumption Vs contracted Services , Lead SOW Changes & CRs and renewals. Directly engage with customers , provide proactive solutions and manage escalations effectively. Work with cross functional teams to implement enhancements and support business transformations .

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership for service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, managing service-level agreements, problem resolution, reporting, and developing service delivery strategies .
• Maintaining high service quality and client satisfaction.
• Managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs): managing SLAs to ensure both internal teams and clients meet agreed-upon standards.
• Problem Resolution: Quickly finding solutions to servicerelated issues and coordinating with other departments.
• Reporting: Regularly reporting on service performance and areas needing attention.
• Manage end-to-end SAP BASIS and HANA operations across SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems • Manage SAP HANA replication for High Availability and Disaster Recovery

Skill Requirements

• Expertise in SAP modules: Understanding of various SAP modules such as S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, and more is essential.
• Project management skills: Ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• IT service delivery knowledge: Familiarity with IT service delivery processes and methodologies.
• Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications such as SAP certification or ITIL.
• Interpersonal skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Leadership and management: Ability to lead and manage teams, including vendor management and capacity planning.
