Job Summary
Job Summary : This section outlines key responsibilities related to data management, reporting, legal compliance, and process improvement. The tasks include identifying and managing data sources, generating and delivering analyses and reports, ensuring legal hold policies are followed, supporting workflow enhancements, developing training, and collecting and responding to changes in production data. Additional duties involve using reporting tools for reliable data reporting, participating in audits, collaborating with service management teams for process consistency, and defining metrics to evaluate and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Responsibilities : a. Identify and manage sources of data and information. b. Develop and generate standard and ad hoc analysis and reporting. c. Deliver device discovery data to stakeholders as requested. d. Manage, enforce and track legal hold policies across custodians and data sources. e. Support the development of workflow and system enhancements to streamline processes. f. Develop training sessions covering legal hold obligations and processes. g. Collect, interpret, and respond to changes in production data, as appropriate. h. Use DB’s reporting tools to provide regular and reliable reporting of relevant data. i. Participate in DB End User Services related audits. j. Engage with other DB service management groups to ensure consistency of process. k. Define, collect, analyze, and produce metrics on process data for Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) to determine where improvements can be made.
