Job Summary

Cloud Hybrid Resource Offshore We are looking for candidates who can manage a hybrid environment. This includes strong hands-on experience with on premises infrastructure, along with Azure expertise. Following skills are required in the ideal candidate:

• Strong experience supporting Windows Server infrastructure environments.
• Strong experience supporting on-premise infrastructure and Virtualization solutions based on VMWare v Sphere, Dell VXRail, Hyper-V Cluster and Microsoft Storage Space Direct (S2D).
• Good knowledge of Failover Clustering, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Good knowledge of Dell Power Edge servers.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex platform issues.
• Hands-on experience of Microsoft Azure technologies like – Azure VM, Storage Account, Azure Virtual Networks (vNETS), Subnets, Route Tables, Network Security Groups, Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Front Door, Traffic Manager.
• Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Tickets And Incidents Through In-Depth Analysis Of Microsoft Hyper-V, Scvmm, And Sccm Configurations, Adhering To Agreed Service Level Agreements.

2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators In Best Practices For Microsoft Hyper-V And Sccm Operations, While Preparing Standard Operating Procedures And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation For Knowledge Sharing.

3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Assess Human Error Compliance, Actively Participating In Capacity Planning Activities To Optimize Resource Allocation.

4. Engage In Customer Meetings To Actively Address And Resolve Issues, Ensuring Positive Feedback And High Satisfaction Levels Through Effective Communication And Problem-Solving.

5. Conduct Thorough Analyses, Including Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis, And Prepare Detailed Reports To Present Findings And Recommendations To Key Business Stakeholders.
