About the role
Job Summary
A project coordinator/PMO with following skillset required Responsible for setting up meetings & following up with stakeholders to close open actions Taking notes of meetings, sending out meeting minutes Follow up of action items with respective owners arising out of the meetings Good English communication skills Able to perform accurate reporting on tasks/activities & generate reports as advised. Skilled in Microsoft Office – Excel, PPT, Word etc. Should have account PMO experience & understanding of resourcing & budgeting /Financials /ability to read P&L reports

Brainstorming the project Planning the project Scheduling and designation of project tasks to team members Execution of each phase of the project Managing the project’s budget Communicating with all stakeholders Collaborating with department heads to achieve a common goals
