We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior/Lead Engineer to design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions leveraging Google Cloud’s advanced AI/ML ecosystem. The role focuses on building intelligent, autonomous, and multimodal systems using Agent Development Kit (ADK), Agent Engine, conversational AI platforms, and LLM-powered architectures.

You will play a critical role in architecting next-generation AI-driven customer experiences and enterprise automation solutions, integrating speech, text, reasoning, and knowledge graph capabilities.

Strong experience in:

AI/ML and Generative AI systems

Google Cloud AI services and architecture:

LLMs (Gemini or equivalent), prompt engineering, RAG pipelines

Conversational AI platforms (Dialogflow CX or equivalent)

AI agents / autonomous workflows

Multi-agent collaboration systems

Google Cloud ecosystem:

Vertex AI, Agent Engine, ADK

Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech APIs

Dialogflow / CX Next Gen

Data technologies:

Graph databases (Neo4j, Neptune, etc.)

Programming:

Python, Java, or Node.js

APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures

Deep understanding of:

NLP (Natural Language Processing)

Generative AI lifecycle:

Model evaluation and safety

Experience implementing:

Model guardrails (Model Armour)

Ethical AI practices:

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) frameworks or distributed intelligence systems

Knowledge of enterprise automation and workflow orchestration

Exposure to multi-modal AI systems (text, speech, vision)

Certification in Google Cloud (Professional ML Engineer)
