Sr Administrator (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

Candidates with strong expertise in Red Teaming as a mandatory requirement, while IoT/OT/ICS/SCADA penetration testing experience can be considered as good-to-have to the profile.

Key Responsibilities

Please ensure that the candidates align with the following key skill areas**:**

• 5+ years of mandatory experience in red teaming (offensive security).
• Must have experience with penetration test on internal and external networks, Mobile PT, Web PT, Infra PT servers, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with  Active Directory attacks, privilege escalation, and lateral movement techniques
• Good to have experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures).
• Ability to simulate real-world attacks on networks, systems, and applications
• Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC, BACnet).
• Conduct penetration tests on SCADA/ICS/OT environments, including PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, and industrial protocols is a plus.
• Experience with IoT devices, firmware analysis, and embedded systems.
• Proficiency in any of tools such as Cobalt Strike, Blood Hound , Sliver, Mythic, Impacket , Responder & NTLMRelayX  and custom exploit development.
• Familiarity with TTPs used by threat actors targeting OT environments.
• Good to have certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, and CRT .
• Ability to think like an adversary and creatively approach problem-solving.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
