Job Summary

Requirements:

Strong Python (w/ VSCode Copilot) and TCL experience
Needs a strong conceptual understanding of building data-driven software systems, including experience with data storage (e.g., SQL databases), Python-based backend frameworks (such as Flask or equivalent), and modern data visualization platforms
Some static timing or physical design experience is a plus but not a requirement
Someone more savvy with AI tools and building software platforms. We are ok if they lack strong STA skills and can help bridge the gap, but they should be eager to learn
Familiarity with AI tools for coding/compiling. Knowledge of MCP servers is bonus
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, git versioning, LSF job scheduler
Building run-to-run regression infrastructure
Should demonstrate a strong drive to learn and take ownership in building and scaling software infrastructure for the STA team

Key Responsibilities

1. To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs , resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) /new developments based on business/ client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.

2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.

3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements

4. To provide technical guidance to junior developers

5. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
