About the role
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Support transformation strategy, adoption roadmaps, and AI implementation across finance and procurement initiatives.
Partner with business, IT, and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
Support end-to-end transformation programs across finance and supply chain processes, including P2P, O2C, and C&C cycles.
Convert business needs into clear product and technical requirement documents.
Perform data analysis, preparation, and data modelling to support decision-making.
Support delivery across data, dashboards, testing, KPI reporting, and business insights.
Drive cross-functional alignment across procurement, finance, operations, and quality teams.
Contribute to AI/GenAI-led process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Support solution design and data integration with enterprise platforms and third-party tools.

Skill Requirements
Required Experience & Skills:
5–7 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, consulting, or analytics roles.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of the AI lifecycle and practical implementation considerations.
Hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI platforms, process tools (e.g., Signavio, Visio), and analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Working knowledge of SAP is preferred; exposure to Ariba is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute, or an equivalent qualification, is preferred.
Certifications in AI, data, cloud, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or procurement are a plus.
