QA Lead

Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Test Lead to manage and drive end-to-end testing activities for enterprise applications and digital platforms. The candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to coordinate with business, development, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional, integration, regression, API, and UAT testing activities.
• Prepare test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and execution reports.
• Coordinate with business, development, and project stakeholders for requirement clarification and delivery alignment.
• Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Review and validate test cases prepared by the QA team.
• Ensure application quality, performance, and compliance with project standards.
• Support release validation and production deployment activities.
• Track testing progress and provide daily/weekly status reports.
• Mentor and guide QA team members.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Manual Testing and QA processes.
• Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Exposure to Selenium automation testing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and Jira.
• Knowledge of integration and UI/UX workflow validation.
• Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Banking, logistics, or government project experience preferred.
• Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
• Experience working in onsite customer environments in KSA preferred.

• Consolidation of CMMI and ISO certifications aligned to industrialized delivery and sustain the Level 5 Maturity

1. To deliver consistent and predictable delivery quality across all verticals & horizontals through capability building / product quality focus. Enable the evaluation of projects based on the critical parameters

2. To deploy standardized delivery processes cutting across verticals & horizontals and ensuring the continuous improvement of systems by leveraging the reuse of knowledge, process assets and best practices for the respective cluster.

3. To improve consistency and efficiency of quality operations through convergence and economies of scale.

4. To promote high maturity culture in an industrialized environment.
